Lunch On The Go Parfait!
I had little time to pack lunch today but I didn’t want to just eat outside. There are not many healthy options where I be. So if I do not prepare meal myself, I have to eat just sugary juice, preservative-full bread, fat-full cream waffles, etc.
So I made a quick parfait! I asked my mom to slice a peach, kiwi and wash blueberries. Then I just put those in a jar with greek yogurt and granola and topped with almond slice. This is so healthy and quick!
